to make an even greater impact for the military community...

Front Royal, VA: Proper Patriot, LLC today announced a new partnership with Tenova, LLC dba HireMilitary of Alexandria, VA.

Two Army Veterans come together to enhance the efforts and awareness of connecting servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses with meaningful career opportunities.

Justin C. Pearson, CEO of Proper Patriot and Michael Quinn, CEO of HireMilitary, both retired in 2017 from 20+ years of military service in the United States Army. Each were some of the very first transitioning military who leveraged the LinkedIn social platform to successfully transition from the Military to Corporate America.

Over the past 4 years since retiring from the military, they've held a variety of positions, became business owners, and have influenced hundreds of thousands within the military ecosystem on preparing for military transition, building military recruitment programs, and personal and company branding.

Over the past 4 years, their professional paths continued to cross which led to today's apparel partnership announcement. This partnership helps raise awareness through apparel, specifically on hiring our military "HireMilitary."
