*Refunds and Exchanges:
We will accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date as long as the product is in new condition: not worn, not washed – this will be at our discretion.
Simply provide us with the order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you are returning, and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. We will process your return request within 24 to 48 hours.
After receipt of your return, please allow five to ten days for your exchange to be processed: received, produced and shipped. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours; you will need to allow time for your bank to post the credit.
***Please note that original shipping cost are not refundable.
Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange as these products are made specifically for you and only after your participation in the design process and approval of the design prior to production.
*Sales Items and Discontinued Items:
We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on sale items or discontinued items.
